Orkin is seeking an Account Manager in the United States to build strong client relationships, perform inspections, and design service plans that protect businesses and homes. You’ll work with award-winning training and a comprehensive benefits package, with uncapped earning potential and a company vehicle.

You’ll lead presentations, manage accounts, and use Orkin tools to drive growth, while maintaining safety and integrity across client engagements.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company-paid).
• Able to use a ladder safely and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Must wear PPE including respirator when required.

Responsabilidades

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, leads, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver compelling presentations that highlight Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main contact for accounts to strengthen retention and create long-term partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals, organize your day, and manage your pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit, inspection, and recommendation.
• Represent Orkin as a trusted advisor by communicating clearly and delivering commitments.
• Listen actively to understand customer concerns and position Orkin as their strategic partner.
• Provide reassurance and clarity to help customers feel confident in decisions.
• Use Orkin’s marketing tools to generate leads and demand.
• Translate findings into tailored recommendations that solve problems and reduce risk.
