Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days; company covers costs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.
• Wear PPE (OSHA respirator) when required.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; training provided.
• Deliver compelling presentations and close business.
