Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Account Manager who excels at building relationships, solving problems, and managing client accounts. You’ll oversee accounts, perform on-site inspections, identify needs, and design service plans that deliver results, backed by 120+ years of expertise and the Orkin Guarantee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver compelling presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and closing business.
• Serve as main point of contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and ensure customer confidence.
