Sardine is rapidly expanding and building a world‑class customer success team to support our fraud, payments, and compliance products. This role blends Account Management and Solution Architecture, handling a select group of customers and acting as their Sardine advocate to maximize value and ROI.

You will collaborate daily with Sardine teams to meet risk, fraud, compliance, and payment needs, translate complex problems into practical solutions, monitor KPIs, and drive long‑term expansion

Competenze

• 7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture in B2B SaaS.
• Domain experience in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.
• Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings.
• Experience with API integrations and customer-facing tech products.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder balancing.

• Be primary contact for customers and maximize their Sardine ROI.
• Understand product, technology, and strategy and communicate it clearly.
• Translate complex problems into actionable solutions for internal and external teams.
• Advise on best practices related to fraud and compliance.
