Sardine, a remote-first fraud risk platform, is seeking a Sales Engineer to guide prospects through demos, map their needs to Sardine’s capabilities, and drive revenue growth with enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with security teams, product and engineering to design solutions, support upsell opportunities, and influence the product roadmap. This role requires deep API knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Sales Engineer or similar
• Experience in Risk, Fraud or Compliance domain
• Proven success with large financial institutions
• APIs, JSON knowledge and ability to read code; familiar with Python/JS/Ruby/Go/Java
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate tech details into solutions
• Thrives in fast-paced remote environments with global clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Support Account Managers in identifying a customer's additional fraud and compliance needs
• Prepare and deliver customized demos showing Sardine’s platform impact
• Interface with security teams to articulate our security posture and complete reviews
• Create comprehensive solution designs addressing prospect needs
• Collaborate with peers to improve Sales Engineering processes
• Work with product/engineering to identify product improvement areas and help design solutions
