What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop quotations for capital equipment and spare parts opportunities for new fabs, expansions, and process changes
- Monitor order execution for capital equipment purchase orders, ensuring correct scope definition and timely manufacturing progress
- Provide technical sales support to customers for specialty gas and chemical precursor equipment
- Obtain equipment volume forecasts from customers and provide them to the planning group for Sales and Operations process
- Manage plan of record specifications and associated change control processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline AND 5+ years of work experience in sales, product management, or with semiconductor-related equipment
- OR 10+ years of semiconductor experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally
- Proven ability in sales and product management within the semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated sales track record and experience in change management and project management
- Proficiency in identifying patterns, trends, and discrepancies in data to create actionable insights
- Experience in matrix management and learning agility
- Ability to devise innovative approaches or concepts to solve business problems
