Extend is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and strategy for its largest omnichannel merchants. You will translate high-level goals into actionable plans and manage relationships with Fortune 500 retailers, collaborating across functions.

You will lead growth initiatives, develop budgets, and shape go-to-market plans for new features while informing product roadmaps through deep merchant engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years in a startup or Big 4 consulting environment.
• Strong executive presence and analytical abilities.
• Experience in program management.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Lead partnership growth optimizations and quarterly business reviews with executive leadership.
• Develop growth strategies, promotional budgets, and go-to-market plans for new features.
