Job Overview

Salary Range: $110-130K + incentives

Remote role with 50% nationwide travel

Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) works directly with the Vice President of Strategic Accounts (SAM VP) to ensure the success of strategic accounts. This role involves working closely with customers, leadership, and internal departments to perform duties such as analyzing KPIs, developing action plans, and growing the business through cross-selling and up-selling.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Act as the senior point of contact with customers and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  2. Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans for account management.
  3. Ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and build customer confidence and trust.
  4. Analyze KPIs and develop or implement action plans for areas that are sub-standard.
  5. Grow current business through cross-selling and up-selling.
  6. Meet sales quotas and profitability expectations, independently or with the sales team.
  7. Monitor and assist with client billing and collections.
  8. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with each customer.
Your Attributes
  • Understanding of operations and account management processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
Experience Required
  • Previous experience in the facilities services industry, preferably with retail accounts.
  • At least 3+ years in strategic account management.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.
  • Experience managing large, multimillion-dollar national accounts.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
