GHR Healthcare in Center Square, PA is seeking an Account Manager/Recruiter for our Direct Hire division to nurture client partnerships and drive new business. The role blends account management, business development, and full-cycle recruiting to expand client relationships and secure permanent placements.

You will identify hiring needs, source/top candidates, coordinate interviews, and close offers while maintaining strong client and candidate communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in direct hire or agency recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, relationship-driven approach to client work.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and client accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client partnerships and build long-term relationships.
• Provide excellent service to clients, field staff, and candidates.
• Identify staffing needs and recruit for contract and direct hire roles.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, coordinating, offers.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and regular status updates.
