GHR Healthcare is seeking an energetic recruiter with direct-hire experience in the healthcare sector to source and place physicians, NPs, PAs, and medical directors in premier roles. You will leverage cold calls, email campaigns, job boards, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork to meet fast-paced deadlines and client expectations in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Direct Hire recruitment experience mandatory.
• Experience recruiting physicians and APPs (NPs, PAs) is essential.
• Strong sourcing through cold calls, email campaigns, job boards, resumes, and referrals.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
• Maintains detailed documentation of communications and activity.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via calls, email campaigns, job boards, resumes, and referrals.
• Direct-hire recruiting for physicians and APPs.
• Recruit high-end healthcare talent including physicians, NPs, PAs, medical directors.
• Build and maintain a viable candidate pipeline.
• Manage recruitment processes from screening to offers and placement.
• Collaborate with team and ensure Joint Commission compliance awareness.
• Maintain thorough documentation of communications and recruitment activities.
• Understand client needs and the specialties staffed.
