Job summary

MCC is seeking a Produce Account Manager to grow MCC Label’s market share and drive financial growth. You will develop new accounts, retain clients, and plan strategic opportunities across a mix of packaging customers.

Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll craft proposals, manage CRM records, forecast sales, and meet targets. Travel up to 50% is required, with a role that blends office-based and home-office flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven work experience in sales or account management.
• Experience in the packaging or labeling industry required.
• Experience selling into CPG customer base.

Responsibilities

• New Account Development: Prospect for potential new clients and set up meetings with decision makers.
• Client Retention: Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Account Planning: Attend events and develop strategies with senior management.
• Administrative: Submit weekly progress reports and manage data in CRM; forecast and meet targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics and technical teams to meet client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of activities and client communications.
