Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Account Manager to drive the operational and financial performance of a landscape portfolio. You will lead teams, ensure safety, and maintain client satisfaction through proactive relationships and strategic improvements.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and process optimization while managing costs, schedules, and quality across multiple sites in the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• 5 years of landscaping or service industry experience.
• 3 years of managing multi-million-dollar portfolio of business.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• GI-BMP certification within 90 days of starting.
• LF Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment, tools, and machinery for agronomy operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe; comfortable with mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee performance with clear expectations and feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and high retention.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with onboarding activities and I-9.
• Oversee daily maintenance schedules and field crew performance.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and contract compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and site visits.
• Manage P&L, labor, materials, inventory, and equipment expenses.
• Develop streamlined processes to improve service delivery and performance.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and client feedback.
• Collaborate in meetings to align goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on landscape technologies and share knowledge with clients.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and assist in investigations.
