Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Production Manager to oversee operations for large HOA portfolios and commercial properties. You will schedule and direct crews, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and ensure high-quality, cost-efficient landscaping services while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

You will support Account Managers in customer service, estimating, budgeting, and staff development, with hands-on leadership and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

Experience leading landscape maintenance operations for large properties.
Strong communication with Account Managers and crews.
Focus on safety and cost-effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager.
Ensure job site quality/appearance meets client and company standards.
Manage all landscape services, including materials, people, equipment and subcontractors.
Inspect properties prior to service and prepare action plans.
Monitor irrigation systems, identify issues, and communicate fixes.
Identify insect or disease issues and report recommendations.
Hands-on work with crews as needed to meet scheduling.
Enforce safety and equipment maintenance policies.
Identify staffing needs and prepare daily crew schedules.
Complete employee paperwork for changes and hires.
Coach, train, and develop growth plans for employees.
Provide hands-on training on equipment operation, pruning, safety, and quality.
