• Foster positive, inclusive work environment and maintain high employee satisfaction and retention.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with onboarding activities, including Form I-9 and training plans.
• Oversee daily maintenance schedules, field crew performance, and operational efficiency to meet contracts.
