Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Production Manager to oversee operations on large HOA portfolios and commercial properties. You will schedule crews, coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality, cost-efficient landscape services while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will support Account Managers with customer service, estimating, budgeting, and staff development, including hands‑on training and safety coaching.

Qualifications

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager.
• Ensure job site quality and appearance meet client and company standards.
• Manage all landscape services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties prior to scheduled service and prepare action plans.
• Monitor irrigation systems and recommend repairs.
• Identify insect or disease problems and communicate findings.
• Hands‑on work with crews to meet scheduling demands.
• Enforce safety, upkeep of equipment, storage, and training requirements.
• Identify staffing needs and assist with hiring and daily crew schedules.
• Complete paperwork for employee changes and hires.
• Coach, train, and develop growth plans for employees.
• Provide hands‑on training on equipment operation, pruning, safety, and quality.
• Maintain safety standards and monitor safety records.
• Manage paperwork and Aspire entries.
• Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries.
