Responsibilities

• Grow territory by bringing in new business and developing repeat business.
• Call on engineers, maintenance, purchasing to assess needs with a consultative approach.
• Meet sales and profit goals by retaining current customers and opening new business.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Organize training sessions for customers.
• Monitor market conditions and report itineraries and expenses.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate deliveries as required.
