Job summary

Flex is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Inside Sales professional to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive new business opportunities. You will respond to inquiries, manage quotes and price files, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while supporting travel for in-person reviews as needed.

Bachelor's degree is preferred, metal fabrication knowledge is a plus, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive new and repeat business.
• Provide prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate order entry and confirmation processes are followed.
• Manage customer forecasts to align with production capabilities.
• Monitor production ETAs and proactively identify potential shipping delays.
• Oversee and update customer price files.
• Prepare quotes for new sales opportunities.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
