Border Tire in Fontana, CA is seeking an Account Manager to foster long-term customer relationships within a Michelin Commercial Service Network dealer. You will manage accounts, grow new business, and coordinate with the Sales team to onboard clients and maintain strong client relations.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record in account management within the transportation industry.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years outside sales experience; preferred but not required.
• Valid State Driver's License; insurability standards.
• Knowledge in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Proven account management or similar experience.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing contract customers and drive satisfaction.
• Achieve new, add, and renew annual sales quotas to meet gross margin targets.
• Assist with brochures, social media, and marketing materials.
• Communicate monthly/quarterly progress to stakeholders.
• Onboard new clients, grow existing relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and account notes.
• Conduct inside sales via phone and email; respond to inquiries promptly.
