Seeking a talented and competitive Account Manager to thrive in a fast-paced, complex sales environment. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
The individual will be responsible for selling food flavorings, ingredients, and solutions from the ADM Nutrition portfolio to customers in North America. The primary focus will be B2B sales to producers of savory and sweet goods, dairy foods, wellness products, and beverages. Responsibilities include building new business, growing sales with existing customers, and maintaining their base year over year.
This role involves close collaboration with customers on product development, cost efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives to drive growth. The person will work with cross-functional teams in technical, marketing, financial, food regulation, and business leadership roles.
The account manager will help define technical support needed to meet customer demands, executing projects through collaboration with the Creative Design & Development team on flavors, colors, and specialty ingredients. They will manage their pipeline using Salesforce, liaise with regulatory and scientific teams, and ensure solutions meet claims and product positioning requirements.
