As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll drive growth and profitability by managing existing legacy accounts and securing new strategic partnerships. You will build strong relationships with key leaders, execute impactful promotional strategies, and consistently achieve business quotas. By identifying customer needs, you’ll deliver tailored solutions that enhance their infrastructure and systems, ultimately increasing their overall value.

What You Will Do

  • Drive growth by expanding strategic accounts and increasing market awareness of solutions.

  • Develop value propositions tailored to customer needs and business priorities.

  • Align technical expertise, communicate key advantages, and manage proposal milestones for successful delivery.

  • Promote solutions and build executive-level relationships with strategic accounts or long-cycle end-users.

  • Implement business strategies to exceed growth and profitability targets, working with teams to leverage commercial resources effectively.

  • Create and execute account penetration plans to grow market share, collaborating with the team on long-term strategic goals.

  • Support the development of client relationships, building business ecosystems and partnerships to drive growth and close gaps in opportunities.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

  • 2-4 years’ experience working with national or global accounts coordinating interactions to grow and service a large, complex technical offering.

  • Proven track record of building relationships with strategic accounts, driving new opportunities.

  • Experience working through distribution channels.

  • Ability to manage 5+ partners concurrently, achieving new or repeat business.

  • Electrical product and OEM space experience preferred.

  • Experience with Panduit distributors a plus.

Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $85,000- $110,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
