Compensation is commission-based, with uncapped earning potential. Results are directly aligned with effort and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guide individuals who’ve inquired about our services through a consultative process via Zoom, phone, and our CRM.
• Understand client needs and offer personalized financial solutions.
• Educate clients on various products to help them make confident decisions.
• Participate in weekly skill-building and training sessions.
• Track client interactions and follow up as needed to support success.
• Set and meet performance benchmarks to unlock bonuses and career growth.

We’re Looking for Candidates Who Are:

• Self-driven and eager to grow professionally.
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a remote schedule.
• Open to learning and development — no prior experience necessary.
• Willing to obtain a Life/Health License (support provided).
• Equipped with a quiet home office, phone, laptop, and reliable internet.
