Job summary

Bruegmann is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned house accounts and customer programs. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, order fulfillment, and proactive communication, while maintaining strong product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience in account management or sales support, proficiency with NetSuite and Excel, and the ability to analyze data to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned house accounts and customer programs.
• Process orders, communicate status, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Drive demand planning and align forecasts with procurement and supply planning.
• Monitor account performance, identify trends and risks, and resolve issues.
• Manage AR aging and collaborate with Accounting on invoicing and billing.
