Job summary

UCP Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships and driving growth.

You will collaborate with product development, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions, manage requests and timelines, and identify opportunities for assortment expansion and new business development across accounts. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years in account management, sales, merchandising, retail, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with retail customers preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, line reviews, and customer meeting materials.
  • Monitor project timelines and key milestones to ensure programs remain on track.
  • Support strategic planning and business development initiatives across assigned accounts.
