Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Account Manager to attract and manage clients in Data, Telecom, AV, and Security sectors. Based in San Jose or San Francisco, you will build strong networks, develop proposals, and coordinate with marketing and operations to win and deliver projects.

You will drive new business through lead generation, client contacts, and strategic account plans, while ensuring accurate documentation and competitive pricing across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, marketing or sales in low voltage or related services.
• Familiar with CRM and CMS software; proficient in PowerBI and Salesforce.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to analyze complex business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to grow high-value client relationships.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities through proposals and RFx processes.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, and client communications.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and biz dev to meet objectives.
• Negotiate deals, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with client specs.
• Maintain client data, reporting, and competitive pricing information.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
