Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks an Account Manager in California to attract new customers, manage client relationships, and lead proposals in DATA/TELECOM/AV/SECURITY. Base locations include San Jose or San Francisco offices.

You will drive full sales lifecycle, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and BD teams to grow revenue while maintaining exceptional client service. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management, marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in Low voltage services, business development and growth strategy.
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS software; familiarity with BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to analyze complex business strategies and RFQ documents; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and marketing, operations, and business development to meet objectives.
• Create and maintain marketing materials and proposals (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs) and client presentations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients and manage the full sales lifecycle.
• Identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project teams for quotes, vendor communications, and documentation.
