Job summary

ArchKey Solutions, a leading specialty trade installation and facility services company, seeks an Account Manager in the San Jose or San Francisco area. You will attract new customers, manage client relationships, and drive growth across data, telecom, AV, and security sectors.

The role involves developing strategic accounts, coordinating with marketing, operations, and business development, and delivering persuasive proposals to win new business while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, marketing and/or sales, preferably in low voltage services or related sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS software; familiarity with BI tools (Salesforce, PowerBI) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for high-value clients.
• Lead proposal development, RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, build client networks, and manage relationships.
