Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in San Francisco/San Jose, CA is seeking an Account Manager focused on data, telecom, AV, and security. You will attract new customers, build networks, and solicit projects while aligning with company policies and growth goals.

The role demands strong relationship building, market development, and end-to-end proposal execution, including RFQs/RFPs, pricing, and delivering compelling presentations. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, construction management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, marketing and/or sales, preferably in Low voltage services, business development and growth strategy and solution, pricing, organizational design, and client relationship building and networking.
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS software; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., SalesForce and PowerBI). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients.
• Navigate the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead generation, specification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Create and assemble proposals, RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, and interview presentations.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients through digital presence, cold calls, meetings, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with project teams to create problem resolution for issues identified and share documentation with stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure prospect and proposal activities, including monthly sales revenue and budgets.
