Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain profitable relationships and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage quotes, proofs, revisions, and customer samples with internal teams.
• Track sales activities in CRM and follow up on open quotes and orders.
