LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Vertical Account Manager, Commercial Claims, to acquire, grow, and retain revenue within an assigned portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier accounts. Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand solution adoption across claims organizations.

The ideal candidate has experience in consultative sales and a solid understanding of claims workflows, with the ability to engage credibility with claims leaders.

Formación

• Experience in consultative selling to insurance carriers.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite and claims leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives through strategic account planning and execution.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to protect revenue and identify growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including claims executives.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer objectives and challenges.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Manage retention plans and ensure ongoing satisfaction and solution adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Solution Specialists and other teams to deliver outcomes.
• Keep informed on industry trends affecting commercial claims.
• Forecast, manage Salesforce pipeline and account planning.
