Qualifikationen

• Proven sales leadership with track record of revenue growth.
• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
• Experience selling data, analytics, SaaS, workflow, or technology solutions preferred.
• Previous people leadership experience coaching and managing sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes and workflows.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers to meet revenue, retention, and growth goals.
• Drive execution of strategic account plans to deepen relationships with Commercial P&C carrier claims teams.
• Manage forecasts, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance metrics for team.
• Support and participate in customer meetings, opportunities, negotiations, and executive relationships.
• Directly manage customer accounts during vacancies or realignments.
• Partner with teammates to identify growth opportunities and expand solution adoption.
• Build relationships with claims executives and operations leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
