Job summary

Mosaic Media is seeking an Account Executive to join our accounts team in Washington. This role focuses on managing client relationships and driving performance for assigned accounts, not new client acquisition.

You will oversee budgets, collaborate with media and accounting teams, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize client outcomes while pursuing revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management within an agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value with strategic recommendations.
• Manage and resolve client issues swiftly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
• Define and track KPIs for client accounts.
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies, assessing their impact on clients' businesses.
