City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Franchise location in Colorado. In this outside B2B position, you'll manage client relationships, ensure high client satisfaction, negotiate contracts, and oversee service quality through detailed inspections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred.
• 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships.
• Formulate and manage effective service strategies.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services.
• Manage all Contractor relationships including negotiation and compliance.
• Ensure client satisfaction through detailed quality control inspections.
