• Identify opportunities to expand contracts and introduce new services.
• Lead and develop a team of Assistant Night Managers.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver high-quality service.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Utilize City Wide CRM to manage inspections and schedules.
