Job summary

ATG is seeking a Territory Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing clients in North Little Rock, AR. You will own the relationship, drive renewals and upsells, and stay ahead of client needs with proactive account planning.

You will grow accounts by leveraging ATG’s training and software solutions, maintaining strong client satisfaction and meeting KPI targets in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Customer-obsessed with strong communication.
• Organized, strategic, and renewal-focused.
• Experience in the AEC space a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Drive renewals and upsells for licenses.
• Proactively manage account plans and identify expansion.
• Stay updated on Autodesk product line and promotions.
• Educate customers on Global eTraining solutions.
