Job summary

Applied Technology Group (ATG) is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to manage a portfolio of AEC clients in the North Little Rock area. You will own relationships, renewals, and upsells while staying ahead of client needs and Autodesk promotions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of B2B account management, a bachelor’s degree, and a customer-obsessed, KPI-driven mindset. Onboarding begins with our GeT Aboard program at ATG’s North Little Rock HQ.

• 2–5 years of B2B account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer-obsessed, organized, and KPI-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships for a portfolio of existing clients.
• Drive renewals and upsells for licenses and services.
• Stay proactive on client needs and renewals.
• Stay updated on Autodesk product lines and promotions.
• Educate customers on Global eTraining and ATG offerings.
