Job summary

ATG USA, headquartered in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to bridge engineering and the AEC market. You’ll craft technical GTM content, deliver deep-dives, and partner with Sales for expert demonstrations that translate complex software into measurable business value.

You will map customer workflows to ATG’s automated solutions, help shape the product roadmap, and advocate ATG’s data-driven approach at industry events.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of AEC industry experience focusing on design, engineering or construction workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk design tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Forma).
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of modern SaaS technology and competitive landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market content creation with technical depth (white papers, guides, blog posts).
• Technical storytelling through product deep-dives and videos.
• Sales enablement via product demonstrations and translating features into outcomes.
• Map customer processes to ATG’s automated solutions to reduce time and pain.
• Participate in industry events to promote ATG’s value proposition.
• Provide pattern-based feedback to Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmaps.
