Job summary

Applied Technology Group (ATG) is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of existing clients in the AEC software space. You’ll serve as the trusted advisor, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities to grow revenue.

This on-site, full-time role at our North Little Rock, AR headquarters requires 2–5 years of B2B experience and a bachelor’s degree. You’ll stay sharp on Autodesk product lines and keep client teams aligned with ATG value adds.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience managing B2B accounts in tech or software.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Customer-obsessed with strong renewal and growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with a portfolio of existing clients as trusted advisor for all things AEC.
• Drive renewals and upsells by maintaining licenses and expanding adoption.
• Proactively monitor renewals, check in regularly, and anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on Autodesk’s product line, pricing models, and promotions for clients.
• Educate clients on updates and processes through the Global eTraining solution.
