Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager with a mechanical engineering background or skilled trades experience. The role focuses on applying HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge to manage commercial service opportunities and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or 2+ years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use.
• Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities.
• Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (equipment replacements, retrofits, installations).
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships.
• Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs.
• Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes.

• Pay Range : Base of $50k-$100k with commission opportunities and a vehicle allowance.
• OTE for your first year expected to be $150k!

A day in the life:
