Cascades, a North American materials company, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to grow Walmart US and Target US partnerships. Based in the US, you will develop account strategies, lead negotiations, and drive profit through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in national retail accounts, deep knowledge of retailer ecosystems, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort with remote work and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years managing Walmart US and/or Target US accounts.
• Proven success with strategic or national retail accounts.
• Strong understanding of Walmart/Target ecosystems and replenishment.
• Excellent account planning, negotiation and analytics skills.
• Able to work remotely within the United States and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for Walmart US and Target US.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive growth.
• Identify opportunities and lead commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast, and optimize profitability.
