Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) seeks an experienced salesperson to lead national strategic accounts in the roofing and construction markets. You will expand the customer base among building owners and national roofing contractors, and drive revenue through new accounts and retention of existing customers.

Travel 60% is required and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, with 5–10 years in strategic sales within the roofing/construction sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• 5–10 years in sales/strategic accounts within roofing/construction.
• 3 years' experience with single-ply roofing products.
• Knowledge of roofing, roofing practices, products and contractor organizations.
• Strong negotiating, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops pipeline of prospective customers and initiates contact with key decision makers.
• Evaluates opportunities, prioritizes based on factors to increase close rate.
• Expands revenue opportunities and brand awareness at a national level.
• Maintains strategic account relationships with building owners and national roofing contractors.
• Communicates with management via reports covering sales impact.
