Carrier Global Corporation seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Area Manager to lead service operations for a national Data Center portfolio across the United States and Canada. You will drive growth, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional customer experience in mission-critical environments.

The role requires strong business acumen, data center knowledge, and leadership to deliver on maintenance, repair, and modernization projects with a focus on safety and performance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED is required or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in service operations, sales, project execution, or business leadership.
Ability to travel based on customer, team, and business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate service operations for national data center customers, ensuring consistent execution of sales commitments and maintenance.
Partner with data center account leaders to execute growth plans aligned with revenue objectives.
Coordinate operational delivery with engineering, controls, project management, supply chain, and field teams.
