Job summary

Blue State is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead and evolve our data practice at a pivotal moment for the nonprofit and advocacy sector. You’ll coach analysts, stay hands-on in client work, and translate data into strategic guidance for C-suite partners.

You’ll work across engineering, strategy, paid media, and accounts to build integrated solutions, develop new tools, and push AI-enabled analytics forward. A remote-friendly, hybrid model is offered.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in digital analytics with CRM, web analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong SQL skills and experience managing analytics teams.
• Understanding of nonprofit and advocacy sector measurement and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts, coaching and developing talent while guiding client work.
• Set vision for data usage to improve client outcomes and ROI.
• Develop scalable data frameworks and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
• Present insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
