Aluvision USA seeks an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Account Services, you will manage client projects, build lasting relationships, and drive quotes to order delivery with cross-department collaboration.

Role emphasizes client satisfaction, 3-D design insight, and effective communication. ERP familiarity (MS Dynamics) and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years customer support or client service experience; industry a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to envision customer designs with 3-D insight.
• Proven initiative, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns project success with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Builds strong client relationships as part of the sales team.
• Identifies customer requirements and sets expectations.
• Responds to requests with accurate quotes for projects.
• Drives sales through engagement and follow-up on quotes.
• Manages project flow from quote to delivery with cross-team communication.
• Advises clients on product information with Technical Designers.
• Participates in client trainings and showroom visits.
• Uses MS Dynamics for quoting and ordering.
