Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• One year of relevant sales or account management experience preferred.
• Industrial distribution or technical sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts with high retention, responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and onsite visits.
• Develop understanding of customer operations, purchasing behaviors, challenges, and objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building credibility as a trusted resource.
