Job summary

M TWO Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of existing customer accounts within a fast-paced, B2B environment. You will look beyond day-to-day orders to grow spend, improve margins and develop relationships with key decision-makers.

Based at our St Neots office, you will carry a commercial target and work with cross-functional teams to turn opportunities into sustained account growth, delivering strong service and value.

Qualifications

• Strong background in account management, internal sales or commercial account development.
• Proven experience growing existing accounts and carrying revenue targets.
• Understanding commercial performance of customers and opportunities to increase spend.
• Experience in print, branding or signage is useful but not essential; from manufacturing, packaging, logistics or other demanding B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze customer spend and margins to uncover untapped potential.
• Develop plans with customers and internal teams to increase account value.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and ensure commercially sensible delivery.
