Mediagistic is seeking an Account Development Manager to expand our footprint and deepen client relationships from our Tampa headquarters. This in-office role requires a proactive, competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will own and grow a territory by prospecting new business, managing a high-value book, and delivering strategic marketing solutions. Base salary plus uncapped commission offers strong earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, B2B preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting to business owners and decision-makers.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a competitive edge.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities at once.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
