Job summary

Super Color Digital is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business while developing long-term relationships with strategic clients in Las Vegas, NV. This consultative sales role focuses on identifying customer needs and delivering creative visual communication solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience (5-10 years) may be considered in place of a degree.
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
Proven success developing new business while growing existing accounts.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.
Consult with clients to understand project goals, budgets, timelines, and marketing objectives.
Present customized solutions utilizing our full range of services.
Prepare proposals and quotations in partnership with Estimating and Production teams.
Coordinate seamless project handoffs to Project Management.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Stay current on industry trends, materials, technologies, and competitive offerings.
Represent at client meetings, networking events, and industry trade shows.
