Super Color Digital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and build strategic client relationships. This consultative sales role focuses on uncovering client needs and delivering visual communication solutions across large format graphics, experiential marketing, and branded activations.

You’ll collaborate with our Project Management, Estimating, Engineering, Production, Installation, and Leadership teams to ensure every project exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Super Color Digital is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business while developing long-term relationships with strategic clients.

This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying customer needs and delivering creative visual communication solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive business developer who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and managing opportunities from initial contact through project completion.

You’ll collaborate with our Project Management, Estimating, Engineering, Production, Installation, and Leadership teams to ensure every project exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.
• Consult with clients to understand project goals, budgets, timelines, and marketing objectives.
• Present customized solutions utilizing Super Color Digital's full range of services, including:
  • Large Format Graphics
  • Experiential Marketing
  • Branded Activations
  • Custom Fabrication
  • Trade Shows & Exhibits
  • Retail & Environmental Graphics
  • Corporate Branding
  • Nationwide Installation & Project Management
• Prepare proposals and quotations in partnership with Estimating and Production teams.
• Coordinate seamless project handoffs to Project Management.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, technologies, and competitive offerings.
• Represent Super Color Digital at client meetings, networking events, and industry trade shows.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience (5-10 years) may be considered in place of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business while growing existing accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Preferred

• Experience selling large-format printing or visual communications solutions.
• Experience in experiential marketing, exhibits, trade shows, environmental graphics, or custom fabrication.
• Existing relationships within corporate marketing, retail, hospitality, entertainment, sports, pharmaceutical, luxury, cosmetics, or spirits industries.
• Understanding of project-based sales within a manufacturing or production environment.
