This role includes outbound prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking, with measurable sales goals. Training and leadership support help you learn the staffing industry and grow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop New Business: Identify and connect with prospective clients through research, referrals, networking, phone calls, email, and social media.
• Build and Support Client Relationships: Serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned clients and maintain regular communication.
• Partner With Our Recruiting Team: Gather job openings details and coordinate candidate submissions.
• Stay Organized and Accountable: Keep CRM/ATS up to date and participate in training and sales planning.
