Job summary

NiCE is seeking an Account Executive for the Mountain / High Plains territory focused on Public Safety and 911. This role drives new business and revenue within 911 Emergency Communications Centers and broader Public Safety agencies across seven states, owning the full sales cycle and positioning NiCE’s solutions through direct selling and partner collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of technology sales and/or sales engineering experience within Public Safety, 911/PSAP, or Government sectors.
• Strong understanding of Public Safety workflows, including 911 and Criminal Justice digital evidence processes.
• Proven success generating pipeline and closing deals in complex public-sector procurement environments.
• Experience working with government purchasing personnel, RFPs, bids, and state/federal contracts.
• Consultative selling approach with discovery, demonstration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive meeting creation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and account-based outreach to generate first meetings and opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close and post-sale engagement.
• Deliver weekly activity, pipeline, and forecast reporting.
• Develop relationships with Public Safety leaders and stakeholders to drive long-term revenue.
